I just purchased this product 2 days ago and it's already stopped workin. The arms stoped opening and closing out the blue. Also to charge the phone you have to find the exact sweet spot which is almost impossible. Once it's found, forget about hitting a bump or pothole and connection is lost.Garbage!!!

I returned it. I didn't like it simply because my phone (iphone x) fell out of it like 4 times on the way to work. Charging aspect of it was cool, but it needs to do it's job.

I do like this charger. It does not always start charging when you set the phone in. It seems to work best if you set the phone in and keep1 of your fingers touching the right side of the charger as your waiting for the charging symbol to come up. Also you will have to find out whereon your phone the best spot is. It also might not want to charge when the unit has been sitting in the sun and is hot.Works pretty well though once you get the hang of it. I do have a cover on my phone (not a really heavy duty one)

This was really cool for a couple months before the gears started grinding and would get locked up or freak out trying to open but can’t and the mechanical arm and sound trying and trying till you can’t stand it anymore and you pull the plug on it. Not buying again. 1 star because it didn’t last long.

I immediately tried putting my phone on this charger. The arms opened up just fine but it has a hard time grabbing my iPhone XS Max with an Otterbox case. But once the phone was seated properly, it would not charge. So I took the phone out of the case and tried it like that. Still no charge happening. I even went so far as to move the phone up and down to make sure that the QI receiver in the phone would mesh up with the charger properly. Nothing. I then verified that my phone was still charging on my desktop QI charger and it works perfectly.

Bought this device in March 2018, broke May 2018. One of the clips no longer opens, the suction cup is good but the part attaching the arm to the cup broke when i pulled the little tab to reposition it. If I did not have a device in the holder, it would open and close continuously until there was one place in it, or I unplugged it. Good concept, just thought it would have lasted longer.

Great phone charger the phone must be placed just right to charge it which is usually no problem 9 out of 10 times it works.Release sensor does not always work 8 out of 10 times is does also extra usb plug in does not always work 8 out of 10 it doesOverall it is a 9 out of 10 phone charger and I would purchase again

It's so James Bond-ish. Love it!Flexible any where in your car, either suction on dashboard (if surface supports) or windshield. Also has an air vent holder with a clasping mechanism.Hope it lasts.
