If i am 5'10 , 170 .... what size should i get to fit a little loose but not to much baggy

I hope this helps you. My husband has the Large Tall. He is 5'11" and 196lbs. He also has very broad shoulders. It is loose at his waist and when he holds his arms out the sleeves do pull up a bit. Fit is perfect across the shoulders (visually snug) and mid section. Length hits just below his belt. You could potentially comfortably wear a medium. It may all depend on your shoulder width. He said that for him it had a little too much access to cold air infiltrating the bottom of the jacket and he would have preferred a slightly longer sleeve. He loves the comfort and style and I love it's "washability".

Is the outer fabric nice and it doesn’t pull or wear?

My husband loves this sweatshirt. I just washed it for the first time and no pilling so far. It’s still pretty new so not sure on wear but it seems well made! And the fabric is nice!
