Only phone mount I every use now, I've got 3 of them and the magnets are so strong no issues at all with any maglock case or phone. I will advise a warning, anyone that has a quad lock phone case with the mag lock ring be warned the magnet in this mount is strong enough to pull the ring out of the case. Not an issue as you can change the rings so they are designed to be removed from the case but it can become a bug bear as it happens frequently.

I have tried various mounts over the years and various phone cases to try and work with them and I wish I’d just bought this mount to start with. Very very strong magnets and a great stable design too - lets me run a MagSafe case too.

Got this for a non-Tesla vehicle as it looks like a genius contraption. Stuck it behind the screen on the dashboard as per instructions...took less than 5 minutes. Once adjusted and tightened up, it holds the iPhone perfectly stable with no vibration or movement whilst driving. The magnet is very strong...so strong that it requires a bit of effort to detach the phone! You might want to really tighten the adjustment lock on the back of the magnet to prevent movement when you detach the phone. It's easy to adjust and offers a great range of positions to suit the vehicle. Mine is in a tricky little spot between the screen and steering wheel, which some headlight buttons to keep accessible as well - this offered enough freedom to get it in exactly the right spot. It looks nice in the car well...very compact and slick unlike other car mounts. It also folds away neatly behind the screen if you don't want it visible when not in use. Very happy with this. Feels like it's built to last so fingers crossed

There is nothing wrong with it. Installation is easy and it does hold the phone without any issues and seems to be sturdy enough and well made. The issue is there isn't really anywhere on the Tesla a phone sits well for easy viewing and interaction. I guess the best place is at the top of the screen or at the side of the screen, but for me it gets in the way of visibility even though its not really in the way. I'm just conscious it sits there whilst driving. Behind the steering wheel is Ok if you drive in a straight line and don't need to touch the phone. The final placement is at the right of the steering wheel on the dashboard - which is OK, but again not ideal. But keep in mind I'm very pernickety when it comes to stuff like this. It has to be perfect for me. Anyway, I have kept it, do use it, but pretty much always remove the phone from the holder when I need to tap stuff on the phone screen. FYI I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 and had no issues using this phone with the holder

Not sure how long it will last because the magnets are incredibly strong when using it with a quad lock mag safe case. Not necessarily a bad thing though! . Feels sturdy enough and no chance of the phone coming off

Really good car phone mount as not many fit in my car with round vents. It is very sturdy phone stay on even going over bumps.

I bought this because fitting is good but quality not good, this was broken from head in few weeks. I loose money, i ordered again because only reason is fitting is good. You can see my other review on same product. If you prefer fitting then buy but not reliable because quality not good top head cheap quality material and will break

With the Mercedes you have the difficult air vents. This product is the perfect solution. The sucking cap is sticky and strong. The arm itself has a wobble but is required when u drive over cobblestones or holes in the street. The arm has good locking mechanisms to stay in place and the magnet grips the phone strongly and confident. The head can rotate 360 degrees to your choosing. Excellent product and very happy with my purchase
