This spacer for the 2020 GR Yaris is simple to fit and works as intended.
(Fitted to 2021 Toyota GR Yaris) With the right tools (hex and star bits) this is a simple two-minute fit. The spacer fits perfectly onto the existing internal bracket and slides back on easily where it can be re-secured with the included screw. As long as care is taken with removing the single trim piece involved no issues should occur. There are YouTube videos showing how to fit this spacer and these are recommended because it sadly doesn't come with any instructions.

Doesn't fit properly
Impossible to get the mirror tight to the riser as the original pointed bolt is too short for this piece! The supplied allen headed bolt is also over length. Poor design, returned for refund.

Very poor fit
Arrived very very quickly. That's where the good bit ends. Such a poor fit the standard screw isn't long enough to tighten against this riser. Had to retap the standard mirror and put a longer bolt in. If you cannot do this, buy the Tegiwa version.

Worked a treat!
Was a bit fiddly to install (more down to me I suspect) but still only took 15 mins. But works perfectly. Why pay twice the amount for the same item elsewhere?

Why spend double for the same thing?
Ignore the other review on this product, the user is obviously the reason why there are instructions on shampoo bottles nowadays. This riser did exactly what I bought it for, and went straight on in less than 5 minutes. What more could you ask for? Honestly, don’t waste your money buying “name brands” at double the cost, because in the end they all do the same and they’re all hidden away under the plastic. Great product, great quality, will definitely recommend to other GRY owners.

Gr mirror riser
Good fit, followed instruction video on youtube, looks a lot better, that extra 2cm great price and delivery time, item well packaged.
