Pro Work Bench Lamp Light with Dual 220 Lumen (440 Total) LED Head FTL230

I have a desk lamp but while tying one night I looked at my fly and the color was mostly black. I couldn't see the colors in it. I saw this lamp for just a couple of seconds as a video went past me and I knew that was the lamp I needed. But I searched and searched online and couldn't find it. A few days ago I saw some info about a fly contest and when I clicked on it the 1st prize was my lamp. Now with a product name I quickly found my lamp and had it 2 days after ordering. Tied with it last night and it was wonderful to be able to see the colors clearly. Love being able to use with a pedestal, as a clamp on, or on the post of my vise. Well built. Says long lamp life so hoping that's so. It does get a bit warm but hardly at all. So happy to have my lamp!

A great bright light for fly tying with a sturdy build.

First one didn't work; only one lamp would stay lit. Hoping that second one will be better, but don't like being quality control for such a product. Amazon promptly delivered a second one, and it has the same defect. One light flickers and won't stay on. Hope Amazon sends the defective ones back to the manufacturer so they can figure out what happened. ***** Revised review: Got one directly from manufacturer and it's awesome. Bought it for the company, but took it home and used it to tie some flies and now I need another one. If you need bright, focused light on a small area, this is the light to own!

I have had a number of LED lamps and one thing I have found out is that LED’s appear to be very finicky about power supply. Some will be ok, some flicker occasionally, some will not work at all. Sometimes just replacing one with another one same make an model will solve the problem, sometimes changing manufacturers will solve the problem. When I find one that works it seems like it will work forever. I have found this to be the same whether I am using them in my house or on my sailboat.

A few years ago ---- 3-4. I purchased this light. I loved it . I have always taken care with the unit. A couple days ago the light blinked and it was gone. I assumed I could purchase the light unit, since the stand, the magnifying glass are still like new. So far I can find no way to replace, even purchase the light arm. Apparently, my favorite tying light is not repairable. This is a shame. I will replace with another manufactures product. Service is not good with this product. Richard

I bought this for my Montana trip this Summer to use for fly tying at the cabin. This lamp was adjustable and provided plenty of light to tie many dozens of flies during my stay. The magnet at the base was helpful to keep hooks and flies from getting lost. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this lamp for fly tying. It was perfect. The two lamps made it possible to illuminate my work perfectly. Problem is it only lasted a little more than 2 years. I purchased it in Nov. '19. A lamp that cost more than $100 should last...for my entire life (I'm 72). Two thumbs down!

Just what I had hoped for, would recommend this product to any fly tier or craftsman needing a versatile lighting system with fantastic light quality. Not cheap but worth every penny.
