I am very happy with my purchase & I love the Atom 3-Axis Gimbal Drone! I’m already own the Potensic Atom SE and enjoyed it so much I decided to add the NEW Potensic Atom 3-Axis Gimbal version to my collection/gear so I purchased it and I am so happy I did! The Potensic drone comes with everything you need to fly, it comes with drone, controller extra blades a screw driver Battery/batteries and all necessary cables to connect to your device. Their technology and attention to detail is great and really user friendly. The set up and all the step’s are really easy to do I found no trouble from start to finish. I first connected my phone to the controller, then launched the App and turned on all devices. As soon as everything was on the controller connected to the drone right away. No trouble shooting needed 👍🏽👍🏽. The menu within the App is also very user friendly. After the controller and drone connected it was really easy to go through the process of calibrating the drone, calibrating the gimbal camera and controller before take off. This drone has easy push button or joystick take off options. Once you take off this drone hoovers great in place while acquiring even more satellites. I have never had problems flying & this drone has a great response/connection to the controller and the signal is great. The Gimbal camera on this drone makes every shot super smooth and it shots 4K! While flying it can take some wind as well 👍🏽 I recommend this drone to anyone who has experience with drones and also anyone who has no experience or is a beginner. This is really a great drone. I look forward to getting great content with this little mighty drone.

This is the first drone that I have ever flown. I am completely impressed! There is a little setup learning curve but once you have that figured out it is not only simple, but it is fun and easy to fly. The 3 axis camera is super steady and has an incredible picture for a drone at this price point. If you can afford the extra $100 for the fly more kit, I would recommend it as you will get the carry bag and an extra battery along with a few other accessories. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I've only had the this Potensic Atom drone for a day but I'm already loving it. I have purchased and tried out less expensive drones from China and they sometimes have decent cameras, but flying them has been challenging at best. The Atom is a high quality drone - camera is excellent and the drone is so easy to fly. It has very stable hovering and you can navigate it very precisely. Top quality!!

I purchased a DJI Mavic bundlein 2019 for around $1K, this $250 drone is easier to fly and have more battery life and range. It was a excellent find for me.

This thing works great, very high quality controls and video quality. My only complaint is the battery goes fast so it limits your flight time to roughly 15 minutes. And if you charge the battery fully and leave it in the bag, it will discharge over the course of days so you might be stuck if you need to use your drone in the moment.

I've flown larger drones for years and have enjoyed aerial photography. I've limited my flying to calm days as landing the high-chassis drones in a wind is challenging. They are also noisy and attract attention. I happened to hear about the Potensic Atom 3-Axis Gimbal drone and looked into it. After watching dozens of videos on YouTube and reading many reviews here on Amazon I was mildly surprised at all the positive reviews and almost no negatives. I joined Potensic's Facebook group and was similarly impressed with the positive helpful nature of the feedback there. Since this drone was in the affordability-zone, I went ahead and ordered it. The Atom 3-Axis was rapidly delivered. My first order was for the complete setup with 3 batteries, carrying case, etc. It was well-packed and not damaged in transit at all. When I opened it up, I immediately felt very pleased. However, it was so small I coudl just imagine how effected it would be by gusty winds. I read the instructions (one big gripe: the manual is in such small type when printed out it is very hard to read). There was an on-line version that I spent time perusing. Everything makes sense in the manual - just need to learn the procedures for their features. The drone flys so easily. I totally ignore wind effects as the drone handles positioning quite fine. I've flown in 20mph winds with no difficulty. The drone will ask to come home if the winds are too gusty and I'm too far away. Video and photographic quality are excellent. I can produce satisfying 8x10" prints from photographs on my ink jet printer with no maniuplation. Video is recorded in 1.7Gb chunks on the included SD card which I download and reassemble on my desktop. Video is crisp and clear even to the point of resolving twigs on trees just beginning to leaf out! Setup and flying is a joy. I fly in "normal" mode all the time now. I can go fast when needed yet still have control for slow movement needed for video. Range and connectivity are excellent. I don't fly to terribly far away and I have zero issues with video breakup or loss of control. I use a Google Pixel 5 as my flight phone. It works very nicely with the Potensic controller. I wish the screen was brighter though as viewing the screen in sunlight is challenging. I'm thinking about using an 8" tablet instead but one I got was even dimmer than my Pixel. I wish Potensic would sell a 6" tablet with a sunlight viewable screen! Oh... one gripe... The USB cable between the controller and your phone/tablet is not a standard cable. Only an actual cable from Potensic will work. Bottom line, I'm just delighted with this drone. The first one I got landed in a tree due to operator error. I was frantic and ordered a replacement right away. Two days later, the drone fell out of a 40 foot tree and hit the ground below. I retrieved it and to my amazement, there was no damage at all! It survived the fall. Only issue was a bit of tree sap on the top of the drone! I'm still flying the original today and have this second one on hot-standby if ever needed. I love this drone!!

simple and easy to use, good for beginners. i broke it (my fault) and their repair service was accommodating and helpful :-)

I am really impressed with this little thing. It is really easy to setup and start flying for a noob like me, and the controls are easy to pickup and get used to. The video quality on this here is pretty impressive too, especially considering the price. The footage is really stable, even when in `sport mode` and going pretty fast (like 20mph in winds) - and the gimbal is easy to control and get the shots that I want without thinking about it too hard. One thing I noticed is that in `auto` mode while filming, it can really blow out highlights if there is a lot of contrast, say with green trees and white sidewalk. Fortunately you can modify the the ISO and shutter speed to help combat this, but it isn't always ideal since you only have so many flight minutes per battery. I'm hoping later firmware updates will help here, but I'm not holding my breath - and it isn't really a big deal. Battery life is really respectable, I am impressed with how long this thing flies. In my tests its like 20 minutes before I land, but I tend to land with some battery left in case I see something else I want to film or fly over - so I don't doubt the advertised 30 minute flight time (assuming the right conditions) The GPS is pretty good, and I quite like the autoreturn and autoland features, but I've gotten more comfortable doing both manually (its kind of fun) so I don't use that as much now. But it works, and works pretty good. I don't have any complaints, I really like this thing and look forward to flying it when ever I see a nice day out. It checked all my boxes too: - be a good price - have good and stable footage - have at least 20 minutes of flight time per charge I didn't try any of the intelligent flight modes, and I'm not really super interested in them - but if I do try them I'll update this review with additional information on what I think about them. But overall: this is a great drone, I love it and would buy another in a heartbeat.

We had an issue with the drone where we had to contact the company. They were quick to address our issue quickly proving that customer service and satisfaction were important to them. For this, and the quality and enjoyability of the drone, we give them 5 stars.

I love this device, the price is right. I am experiencing some abnormalities after a few months, but support has reached out. If they resolve the issue I am more than happy to raise the rating as you can't beat this deal so long as the device doesn't begin to fail on you. The feature set is very good, it's a true DJI competitor and I want them to succeed.

For the price I’m Very happy with this drone

Bought this because I don't want to spend the $ on the other brand and I was tired of the crappy range of my old drone, plus it's under 250g. Never used a real gimbal before, game changer. Videos are fantastic. I want to try flying it with a VR headset in Acro mode. Battery life is dependent on how your flying and conditions, I tend to get between 17 and 28 min. Which is plenty for me.
