Do not turn it on while charging!Well, you can't...That was not mentioned in the instructions.The 500W seems to be a sweet spot for us. If you are carrying a heavy backpack or you are heavy, it will take you up the hill.The range is as stated in the description. On level surface, of course...I got 17 miles per hour out of it but you need good roads at that speed.The brakes work well. The electronic breaks are great. They are soft and not for slowing down going down hill but they work.The suspension works well and having no tyres with air in them is also very safe!Portable design. I will take it with me tomorrow, very versatile. Requires little to no maintenance. So far nothing fell off or got loose.I don't use it everyday. When I need it , I just push the button and off I go. You can leave it for days on end just in the corner and pick it up when you need it.Do not leave it on the charger overnight! Keep on eye on it for safety reasons as per instructions in the manual.It never let me down.

Best thing I’ve ever bought, love mine!I use it to commute 7 miles daily, they may not be legal transport but I wear a crash helmet and gloves, am respectful to other Road/footpath users, and the police pass me daily, never had a problem. I should probably add that I am 50, and have a full driving licence so am well aware of highway rules.The most I’ve ever had out of the scooter is 25mph, and believe me that is fast enough.Betty at customer services has been really helpful with any issues I have had. (Tech phobe)100% recommend this scooter and the company that makes them.

Seller advertising 10 inch wheel, however the wheel is in fact 8.5 inch only. The motor is most likely 250w or 350w and not 500w. I will be checking and reporting this false advertisement to amazon

This scooter is absolutely fabulous . Great value for money. You can download a programme on your phone that’s turns on the lights, let’s you know battery life and much more. Best thing I’ve bought!!

Great for getting from A to B. Would highly recommend!

Fail with error after 3 week.

I have had my scooter 6 months and the suspension has broken at the back i could not find any were to contact the seller so i am now left with a broken scooter

The only good thing about this scooter is the speed it does on flat or down hillsGoing up hills it just dies I only do 7.6 miles to work and back no way can I do another trip to work as I've already used 56% of my battery so I don't know were they get 40km fromThe suspension is hard as a rock you can feel everything bit of a bone shaker
