I am so happy 😀. The smart robot vacuum is soooo good 👍 .it is easy to use and convenient. It works great.Help me a lot on my cleaning . Believe me it is worth to have it.

This really is a great little tool for around the house. please remember to empty out the vacuum atleast once a week or it will start spitting out dirt. also keep the roller clean, if you don’t long have will wrap and it’ll start beeping. trying to have a as much of a flat surface as you can, it can get stuck on elevated surface // caught or wires. BUY WIRE ORGANIZERS THAT DONT EXPOSE YOUR CHARGERS OR CABLES IT SILL GET STUCK!!! it’s a little stupid in the beginning but after while gets the hang of the room it’s cleaning. i have it clean my office everyday while i clean downstairs, such a time saver and good to have a second floor vacuum. over i recommend and you can’t beat the price to other more expensive competitors.

The unit did not come with all the parts. I immediately sent a post to the supplier and didn't hear anything back from them for 2 weeks. The remote didn't work at all and I changed the batteries twice. The mopboard and pad were not in the box. When I first got it I let it charge overnight but it still only worked for about 20 minutes in a circle. I left it on the charger waiting for the supplier to send the mopboard and pad this was a week or 10 days. Then I finally get an email telling me to send them a video of the robot working. After being on the charger for a week it did work better and longer but still no parts to see if it would mop. I finally got an email wanting to know where the video was after 3 weeks. I just told them that I would be returning the product to Amazon since they couldn't seem to send me the missing parts. I did and Amazon took care of the problem quickly.

This is my first robot vacuum. I was a little skeptical about whether it is smart enough to identify walls, furniture and different types of floor surface and how well it can vacuum and mop the floor. I was actually surprised how well it did the cleaning jobs and all the useful functions it equips. The robot was easy to set up and operate, also very easy to clean. I like it has function to set the water flow level for mopping and the scheduler you can set for the robot to clean automatically. I set it to clean when I am out for work and kids are in school, and when we are back home, We already have a clean floor. It is my first robot, so couldn't compare with other brand, but I am very satisfied with all it can offer so far.

After using this for an extended period of time here is my thoughts, the good and the bad because it defiantly has its quirks. (TLDR summary at the bottom)The good:The robot does as its advertised, it runs in straight patterns, and has a really good suction to it and cleans really well, when it cleans. The lines it leaves in carpet are really clean and it does a really good job of overlapping its lanes so that it makes sure that it cleans every spot. On the carpet and rugs I have it even "pulled and fluffed" as well but hardwood is defiantly where it works the best. (I do NOT have any thick or deep/fluffy carpet so I can not speak for how it would work but my guess is not well if at all read "the bad" section to understand more). The mop mode does work as well and it did a decent job of cleaning up general dirt but wasn't strong enough for any deep level cleaning.The battery is sufficient enough to clean roughly 300-500 square feet (depending on the mode) on one charge, and it takes roughly 5 hours to recharge.It does map in real time and show you how much it has cleaned and its battery in real time quite well and its connection to the app has been very reliable as well as seamless and reliable. You can set scheduled cleanings as well and I do appreciate that detail as well as its ability to work with any smart home ecosystem.The bad:It does not like carpet a ton, and took some trial and error to figure out why. When I first got it set up, I kept getting an error saying "the roller brush is stuck"when it was not stuck or clogged and after some trial and error figured out that the brush underneath was encountering too much resistance( it was stopping every 5-10 minutes). Once I had used it for some time and softened/ beat down the roller that's on the bottom it worked much better on carpet (only stopping occasionally when the battery was under 40%, and that brings me to my next point about the battery and motor.It became clear after a while that if the battery was just a little bigger, and the motors for the brushes were a little stranger, this would easily be a 4.5 or 5 star review. fixing those two issue would solve the "getting stuck" on carpet, It would allow it to turn on carpet better (it would get itself stuck trying to turn, encounter "to much resistance" and stop and tell me the roller brush was stuck), and it would do better at getting over the humps that are going from hardwood to carpet.The mapping as it sweeps it super useful, but it does not save the data.... you can't see a layout of the appt or tell it to sweep a specific section since it does not store the maps it takes. This is something that most likely could be fixed with a software update and I hope is changed, it would be really nice to be able to tell it to sweep a specific room or area instead of having to pick it up and move it to the specific rooms I want cleaned.There was also a roll of magnetic tape that came with the unit and though some research I figured out that it is to make invisible walls so the robot does not go into spots you dont want him to, but it keeps confusing the robot and will stop cleaning to complain that there is no mop head attached to the robot.On the topic of mopping, my one complaint is that is does not sense the presence of rugs or carpet and will mop your carpet if you dont keep an eye on it.also be careful with dangly ends on rugs as those got caught up and entangled the robot almost every time.My overall thoughts:With all the good and bad weighed together, would I recommend this to someone or buy it again? Yes, IF the house or rooms that it is planned to be used in has no carpet and is all hardwood or tile, and you want something that will just do a general clean every day (or twice once in the morning and once in the evening like I do) consistently and is not expensive or has special features.But if you are looking for a good sweeper for hardwood AND carpets, or something that can clean specific sections, or a stellar mop as well as good sweeping I honestly would recommend to put a little more money in and get a nicer model.At the end of the day, it works as advertised and the reason I kept mine was because the suction and overall cleaning power of its sweeping is really good, and It is close to being a great product, but just has too many quirks for me to recommend to most people.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this robot and it is also perfect for its price, the battery lasts a long time. It has very good suction power and it has worked great on both wooden floors and carpets. It dodges the obstacles very well and what I liked the most is that it is super quiet, so if you live in an apartment like me and you don't want to bother the neighbors with the noise, this option is perfect.
