This is a terrible machine. It doesn't work very well at all
This is a terrible machine. It doesn't work very well at all. It shakes itself apart while in use. but this is rare as it hardly ever actually works. most times when beginning a print job it just pre-heats and sits there, the firmware locks up and never begins printing. consider a different printer. perhaps one that prints. Customer support is unresponsive and does not speak English.

Printer is Extremely easy to use and any issues I have had has been user error. The build quality is exceptional and the quality of prints so far have been amazing. Been printing abs pla and petg so far and really have been stunned with the results. Probably the best printer you can get for under 800$. If you cant figure something as simple as this printer out you might try finding a simpler hobby. (this is as easy as 3d printing gets)
