Episodes 284-296 of the 'Naruto' anime spin-off series. A trio of young ninjas, Naruto (voice of Junko Takeuchi), Sasuke (Noriaki Sugiyama) and Sakura (Chie Nakamura), are schooled together in the village hidden in the leaves. Each desires to become a ninja for different reasons and will face his or her own personal battles along the way. Filling Time
Whilst I like Naruto and the fast paced action, this is another DVD with a lot of seemingly filler type episodes. The first DVD covers the battles with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, but they are more concerned with dealing with the emotions and backgrounds of characters like Maki. The 5 Power episodes are clearly drawn in a different style and are a story in between the battles with the Akatsuki and Tobi. I think after this one, the story gets back to the war!

Good episodes, but take note of encoding changes for audio.
Great set of episodes. However, buyers should be aware that the audio from this box set onwards have been encoded in a different manner than all previous box sets, which causes all of the music to sound different. If you compare this box set with Box Set 20 (or some other previous box set), the previous box sets have deeper tracks, but the tracks in this one are much lighter. It's not a major deal, but for some fans, it might be quite off-putting, given that the audio on the original releases (through Crunchyroll) haven't changed in this manner.

Getting tired of paying £20 for 2-3 episodes of main storyline and 10 episodes of rubbish.Here's an idea,let's bring every character back from the dead 50 times to extend the life of our franchise at our fans expense and patience.Ripping Off fans isn't cool.Absolute rip off.Zero Stars.
