Terrifying Experience. I purchased BESDERSEC 360 Degree Panoramic WiFi Camera HD 960P Security Camera from “BESDERSEC” The product was defective as it did not work correctly as it did not connect to my network despite all suggested troubleshooting by the seller. In addition, I noticed that the item was not “brand new” as there was evidence of it being used. I returned this item for a replacement. I received another 360-Degree Panoramic WiFi Camera. it looked new, connected to my network without any trouble but the camera lenses was not showing 360 degree angle. Again, it was a defective product. I requested return of the item for a full product replacement, as it was defective, as it did not work correctly. The seller BESDERSEC refused the return for the product replacement. I contacted the Amazon to further inquire as to why? Amazon stated that they will contact the seller, BESDERSEC and that I should receive a response via email from Amazon. Amazon informed me that since BESDERSEC is a third party seller, they can not communicate or respond directly to me. All the communication has to be mediated though the Amazon as per the Amazon policy. What happened after this was a terrifying experience: After my inquiry with the Amazon, round 11pm at night I received a nasty text message on my cell phone from the seller; inappropriate and unlawful threatening comments via text message to my private phone line, YES! It is a fact. The text message stated in its content that they will never sell me their product again as it had very angry and threatening tone. I provided its content to the Amazon investigative team.This response from the seller, BESDERSEC was against “Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement” that clearly states: “3. Amazon Customers” Our customers are not, by virtue of your participation in the Associates Program, your customers. ……You will not handle or address any contacts with any of our customers, and, if contacted by any of our customers for a matter relating to interaction with an Amazon Site, you will state that those customers must follow contact directions on that Amazon Site to address customer service issues.”,In may opinion, every Amazon customer should know this agreement.I called and I did email to Amazon investigating team members as well as to the legal department of Amazon headquarters informing them that the seller has violated “Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement”Amazon stated to me that they will investigate this incident. To date the investigate team at Amazon did not reply to my inquiry.I can only conclude that BESDERSEC did not have the product in good working condition but defective products they sold me, further based on their inappropriate, violatory actions taken towards me. BESDERSEC does not realize that there are great numbers of competitors on the market that exceed their 360-Degree Panoramic WiFi Camera standards. I would never invest my money into any future business relationship with BESDERSEC.

I have twin 13 year old boys and at times schedules cross and they are at home for short periods of time alone. I purchased this camera to keep an eye on them when this happens. It was very easy to set up and within moments I had a clear view of my living room on my phone. The best feature is that this camera is video and audio and its ability to begin recording when it senses motion. I not only see what my boys are doing I can also hear them and talk to them through the audio feature. When schedules cross or I need to run nearby errands I do not have to be concerned about what my kids are doing at home.. I just pull out my phone and take a look and listen!!

Updated Review:I really liked this camera. It worked great until it died last week. I have tried everything and it connects to the wifi but no picture. I am assuming the lens is dead. That's 9 months of use. I think it should last a couple years!Original Review:I have some older WiFi cameras and this one is much better. Advertisers like to make claims about resolution but thats not a guarantee to how well the color and clarity is. This camera is really good and the phone software is decent. My only complaint is with the built in security option. It sends alot of dalse alarms and is too sensitive even in weakest mode. You also can not exclude part of the view which would help.

I'm sending this junk back. I could not download the app because the download link is faded out so impossible to download. I searched the Google Play Store and there was nothing pertaining to this item at all. The only app I found closely related to this product could not be installed because it's out of date and does not work on current Androids.The instructions are so vague and meaningless they could have been left out of the generic box it came in. I could not find this same product on their YouTube BESDER Team page either so no luck with that. I couldn't figure out if the cord had to stay plugged in during use or is it for charging. I also don't want a camera that talks and alerts intruders it is present. What good is that? I may as well let everybody in the building know I have a spy camera installed.I am very disappointed. I need a reliable surveillance camera because I have an intruder problem. I'll shop somewhere else and not through a reseller who gives false product information.claiming it is easy to install. They need to check the QR code.

Color picture is clear and crisp and you can angle it how ever you want....360 degrees. Easy to install and I did find using the QR Code Reader was the best way to go as opposed to using the app. The support team is awesome...responded to me promptly with easy to understand directions. For the price, this is a great camera and I highly recommend it.

Ill give them this.... joining it to the wifi was a breeze. And the USB cable is stupid long.However the device didnt work after that, nor did the app ever connect to it.Web interface has no config options. Login is admin and no password. Mine only showed a plain green video feed. Their CMS app did offer a full range of config options, but no multiple views like these 360* cameras should have(And like another review said/posted).

Perfect for me. No monthly charge. Works off of your in home wifi. Night vision is clear. bought this to keep an eye on inside my home as I am away. Sound is about 1 sec delay which is ok. Had this thing over 3 months now and never dropped connection. I highly recommend.

Received the item (much smaller than expected) followed the set up instructions. This unit does (not) work unless it's plugged into a power source. Never was that communicated in the product description. This is supposed to be a "hidden" device. The unit also did (not) recognize the mini SanDisk memory card. Returning.
