Better than my hope and expectation

Great product!!! Exactly what I needed!!!

I had to get a replacement due to no accessories in the first one received. Once I received the new one, it is great.

I've had several hand trucks for moving band equipment over the last 20 years. All previous hand trucks were not a stout and eventually crapped out. This hand truck is heavy duty and about the same price as the lighter ones. This is quite the deal and several of my buddies now own one of these.

I'm not super impressed. It seems functional but haven't used it yet. When moving it around in flatbed position, it seems unsteady. In the upright position, it feels secure and strong. The "instructions" for assembly are a joke. It's essentially a picture of where everything goes. No real directions. To add insult to injury, not all of the holes for the handles were open. One handle is secured with one screw because the top hole is not drilled out. What the heck! Also, assembly is, at minimum, a two person job. As large as the delivery box was, it should've been completely assembled upon delivery.

The product seems fine enough for the price, but I received it with the box basically falling apart and smashed up and when I went to put it together, I discovered that I was missing the bar that goes between the wheels to keep them attached to the main piece of the dolly… so, I tried reaching out to Vevor to try to just get the one part sent to me without having to figure out how to ship this thing back but have yet to hear back from them… so, I have this useless thing taking up space and I can’t really easily ship it back because the box was destroyed in shipping.So, I am just going to give this 1 star for now, since it’s not useable for me.

It’s worth it!
