Detangles like a dream on my type 4 hair
The media could not be loaded. My type 4 hair is high density, tightly coiled, and thick. I wasn't sure if this brush was gonna work with my hair because it looks rather cheap and flimsy, but it shocked me and managed my hair with no problems. It was easy to hold when my hands were wet and slippery. I was able to detangle my whole head in the shower in 5-8 minutes with no problems, no unnecessary ripping my hair out, getting caught on tangles, no pain or anything. It's a great brush, but it doesnt make up for a persons lack of care for their hair. It's a brush, not a magician. It's my first time using it, but hopefully the bristles on the brush hold up against my thick hair. A few of the bristles folded/bended a little, but its nothing crazy or worth complaining about. It's worth giving a try. (The video is me detangling before styling) it only took a few passes before it started gliding.

Works well, a bit cheap
I have thick, long 2A or 2B hair that knots easily, and this has worked amazing for me in detangling. I've been using it with Kinky-Curly Knot Today detangler. It is difficult to avoid breakage when you're working through tough tangles, but it works better with constant maintenance, and especially if I put my hair up when I sleep. I like to run my fingers thru with conditioner a bunch before using the brush to get a smooth texture. It's not the nicest brush. It has a very cheap feeling, and the little tines are pretty good overall (texture, shape, stiffness) but they're already starting to deform after only a month or two. This worked for me to understand the kind of brush I need, but I'm going to need a better one soon.

Great brush for the shower. Used for 3 months and going.
-Great shower brush.-Used for 3 months and going.-Used on thin, long hair.-Use conditioner FIRST before brushing hair. Then, Bristles are strong enough to brush through and detangle (again, i mention it is only used on long straight hair. I cant speak for other types of hair.).-bristles tips are soft and are okay to touch the scalp without hurting you.-handle is strong enough to grab comfortably.-good value for the money.

This Works Great for MY Hair
I purchased this and I'm so very glad I did. I have kinky/coily shoulder length 4c hair. I've been natural for 10+ years and this made detangling so very easy. Wash day for me usually take about 6 hours. No, I'm not kidding. Detangling takes up the majority of that time. This go-round took about 3.5 give or take 5 or 10 minutes. I didn't keep track because I was breezing through detangling with this brush. The bristles are perfect because I'm not as the old folks say "tender headed", it's durable because I dropped it a few times due to having product on my hands and it didn't crack or anything and I LOVE the color. Only thing I wish I could change... the size. I wish it was bigger but other than that, it's great for me. Definitely keeping it.Oh! When I used this on my hair, my hair was severely matted and tangled. I had 2 surgeries in September and couldn't wash my hair until 09/03. My hair was disgusting and this saved me time and pain and I can't vend or reach much. Do yourself a favor and buy this but keep in mind to take your time. Be patient with yourself. Nothing you buy is going to be a "fix all" for anything in your life.

Why is it turning green?!
It was nice for the hair and did work but after a while it started to absorb the oils from your hair and discolor the brush itself?

Biggest fail …
I hate this brush😅. The bristles are so stiff and sharp it hurts when I try to brush with it. I don’t know for what hair type this brush is I have fine thing hair and it was a disaster, I let my husband try it as well and he has the thickest hair I’ve ever seen in my life and it still hurt him too. Not for wet nor dry brushing, a waste of money.
