Life saver!! Had breast lift surgery and due to my “t-rex” arms my neck, back, and shoulders were seizing and the pain was unbearable. My husband wrapped this up in a heating pad to warm it up and then used it on my body. I've been using this product for a couple of years now. Gets nice and cold and lasts a long time. Get two benefits, cold and massaging as its used. Like it real well as it travels well in a suitcase and can be put in a freezer and used within an hour or two. No more messy gel bags or looking for ice.

This is a very nice ice roller, It dissipates coldness in a smooth manner. dose not feel like frost on the skin.I wish they would have given a top lid/cover to keep it cold .

Amazing for carpal tunnel and arthritis. So cool how it rolls. I got it after going to occupational therapy/ physical therapy and loving it. Brought it to a favorite things gift exchange and it was coveted and snatched up by a friend who competes in distance running. Best way to ice without the risk of melting water or losing the freeze too quickly.

Product works, I like that it has a liquid inside that allows it to maintain temperature for a while, yet I haven’t tried it on hot water yet, I wish the product could come apart for cleaning and for use of hot therapy, I don’t trust the plastic tho the built is so well I can’t make it come apart.

I workout 5-6 times per week so I have multiple little aches. This cryo ball is a game changer! It’s more expensive than a softball or baseball to rub out muscle aches but it is worth the money. I can apply the therapy without needing to use a weird angle or a wall to lean against. Since I can hold and apply this tool, it’s much more comfortable. Cold therapy has been very helpful for me. I put it in the freezer for an hour and this product stays cold for another 2 hours. Definitely worth the buy!
