First time I've used a five-headed razor, and I love it. However, this product is not robust. Razor head has more plastic than it should - heads can break off with normal use. Two broke on the original head within the first week of use; luckily I had ordered a spare when I purchased the razor. I now treat the second head very gently when cleaning - and I don't mean just treating it with care, I mean Very Gently. Should not need to do that with something designed for daily use (and for the price). And don't even think about dropping the razor. I highly recommend the five-head design; I do not recommend this razor.

This razor is junk. The On/Off button is exactly where you place your right thumb to hold the shaver to shave. So every time you raise the razor to shave, your thumb placement causes the shaver to shut off. The shaver does not give a closes shave. Going back to my 25 year old Norelco. Save your money.

Very reasonable price compared to name brand equivalents. Works great - smooth shave, with long battery life (its still new, but I haven't charged it in a month and use it 5 days a week). Overall better than I anticipated. The plastic housing feels like it is lower quality, I would be careful not to drop but I haven't had any issues. Not sure how difficult it is to get replacement head.

This product was definitely not as expected, preferring to yank my beard hair out rather than shave it. Also, even with only a 5 o'clock shadow, I had to stop and clean it out at least two (2) times to even attempt to get a full shave.Tried it for a week, and returned it.

I was just getting used to it and it stopped working without any warning. Bought it August and it died in November.
