Had to have these for work but very good product

The overall size and bulk of the Headset is middle of the road. Not too big, but not as slimline as other headsets. I like the flexibility of it. The earpieces rotate to fit over the ears perfectly and the boom mic rotates so that you can reverse the Headset so the mic extends from the left or the right side. Overall, the Headset is very comfortable to wear.The sound is chrystal clear for me and for the person on the other end of the line. A big improvement over my last Headset.I also like that you can use the in-line control pad to adjust the volume, turn on/off the mute and start or end a call.I've only had the headset for a day, but my first impression is that it is very nice.

A++ I have worked remotely for years and by far this is an outstanding product. Just ask me I've been through a dozen of headsets. Everything I had hoped for - clear incoming and outgoing conversations.

Purchased headset to use with HP laptop at work. Did not need to do anything other than plug them into USB port. They worked without any issue. Fully adjustable but still find ear pieces tend to slip off ears if you move too much.

Works as it should

I have owned headset versions from this brand and this one is the best so far! I really love that this headset has a cushion for the top of your head. Other versions didn't have that and it makes a BIG difference. I also love that background noise in your environment rarely makes it to the other end of your call, which is awesome for work!I saw other reviews point out that they didn't enjoy the cord. After unraveling the cord and straightening it out, I haven't had any issues with it. It just takes some time.

These were purchased to use with my small business, after 8 weeks of very minimal use over the holidays the microphone stopped working and my customers could not hear me. Unfortunately, this happened just two weeks after the return deadline. Luckily I purchased the insurance plan and have filed a claim. If you decide to purchase these I suggest doing the same.

My old headset died and needed a new pair. Also used daily for team and zoom meetings.Probably the clearest mic you can find at this pricepoint. Stellar voice/dictation recognition.On the negatives, could be a little more sturdy at this pricepoint as well. My prev headset lasted years and multiple similar construction headsets lasted about 1-1.5 yrs with my use. Still I recommend on the dictation clarity alone.Edit: Foam earpieces not as comfortable as my previous headset with the vinyl covered soft foam. Looking at earpiece cover upgrade now.My original review does not change. Excellent clarity on all fronts for my uses. (Work related only- Not a video gamer/not a heavy media consumer)
