Finally a good bar with low carbohydrates. These work fantastic in the car on busy days or on road trips too. I will be buying these from now on because they are healthier than the bars I have been buying and they have lower carbohydrates. It is not a low calorie food.

These are very tasty and fresh, simple ingredients that satisfy your hunger and desire for sweets , but are healthier

I’ve been sampling all kinds of low-sugar protein bars in search of the perfect grab-and-go breakfast, and these KIND bars are a standout. With only 1 gram of sugar and all-natural ingredients, they’re a great option for anyone watching their sugar intake. The taste is incredible—seriously, they’re super tasty and remind me of eating a candy bar. They’re also budget-friendly at around $1 each, which is much cheaper than most protein bars I’ve tried. That said, they do have about half the protein of a standard bar and are a bit smaller. Also, they contain whole nuts, so if you have sensitive teeth, you might want to be cautious. Overall, a delicious and affordable option for a low-sugar snack or light breakfast

Recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic so I’m watching my carb and sugar intake. These bars give me a little boost in between meals (have even subbed in for breakfast on occasion) and have made a good late night snack too! I love dark chocolate and the crunch with the nuts is a great combination!

Great flavor. Makes a great appetite suppressant. Better price than my local grocery store.

A little disappointed. The flavor was good considering zero sugar. To me, they are very tough to chew with the big nuts on top of a chewy caramel. I cancelled my subscribe and save and will look for something else.

I love these. I also tried the version with added protein and would not buy those again. These, however, are great!
