These did as described…no problems

The 4" couch risers work well and help keep an elderly person comfortable. However, the extra pads that came with them, 5/8" thick, were not useful, too tall and may cause the legs to jump out of the holes if bumped. I had to buy 4 extra 1/4" thick pads to fix it. I also bought 4 felt pads 4" x 6" for the bottoms, and cut them myself to fit the 5" round foot, to not scrape the floor with hard plastic. Once I had all that, they work quite well.

We ordered them because there are 8 in the package, and the folding bed we ordered them for has eight leg. It is the bed of an elderly family member who has had trouble getting out of the low-sitting bed. The risers raise the bed 3 ½ inches and alleviate that problem. They are sturdy. They came with eight, round, spongy cushions that could be placed in the top of each riser if wanted. We preferred not to use the cushions, thinking, in an abundance of caution, that the raised edges on the tops of the risers might help to keep the legs of the bed from slipping off the risers, though I do not think that would ever occur. When the bed is atop them, the risers slide smoothly on the hardwood floor, so that the bed can be pushed and pulled into a location where it should be. Surely that would also be true on carpeted floors. The risers fill our need perfectly. So simple to use.

works great to save my back, I put the six inch risers under my dog grooming table legs and makes a HUGE difference, I was skeptical at first because the well to put the legs inside is not all that deep, maybe you could make a design change on this, but it is sturdy with my 11 pound dog on top. easy to set up.

Love Love Love these. If you are having back problems, and your furniture sits kind of low. Get you some you want be disappointed.
