I am a male who turn 62 in March 2024. As I type, this is my 13th day using the product. Fur days ago, I felt the differance, I have tons of energy, require only four hours or less of sleep and am able to focus and concentrate better. Had I paid attention and took two pills a day instead of one, as the instructions state, it may have kicked in days earlier. I take one in the morning and the other before going to bed.

I haven't noticed any change yetalmoat done with bottle.

The advantage of this shilajit is it comes in pill form with a good price. The resin tubs may be more potentent, but it's a bit of a hassle to mix with stuff in order to take it. I combine this with my ginseng supplements and it seems to be a great combo. Sometimes you're in a hurry and just want to have the convenience. The pill count isn't as high as i'd like it, but at least the price is fair so I'm ok with that.I like the dark bottle to reduce light spoilage and the GMP facility. It says formulated in the USA, but I don't think it is made in the USA. But so far, there aren't any problems with what I've taken and I feel fine so it isn't an issue for me.

When I originally started with shilajit, it was a resin in a tiny little jar. The recommended dose was "a pea sized ball". A tiny little spoon was included for measuring. That was hard to use and it didn't taste so great. With these capsules I can get the benefits of shilajit without the mess and taste.

I've been taking Shilajit for years. It's incredible stuff. I typically prefer the tar version as that is Shilajit in its purest (and most effective) form. Of course, that's also expensive and not always easily accessible. This supplement is a lower cost alternative. It's actually pretty good. The only thing I'll note is, like I've done with other capsule versions of Shilajit, I try to take at least 2000 mg which is double what they typically set for a serving size (which is 1000 mg if you're too tired to do math). That will cause me to blow through this faster than normal.

A friend of mine suggested this stuff and it really works. I notice a big difference when I don't take it in my energy levels.

These are easy to take and they don't have a smell. They work really well at supporting your brain health and well being. They have seem to even improve my skin. I recommend them.

It's hard to review supplements. Been taking these for about a week and I think I have increased energy. I'll keep taking them and will buy more if I feel better.
