It if Eli’s wit the back pain but it creates other pain by the front shoulder and arm pits
This back support works well but it bruised me in the area where my front shoulders and my armpits meet very bad. I wasn’t sure if I can return it . But I know I can’t wear it anymore

Broke trying to put it on, past deadline for replacement
Even on my 5'4 girlfriend it is very short and does not go down past the waste. The first time I put it on it broke and I was traveling international and could not send it back. All sizes have the same length they just get wider if you get a larger size. If you have back issues, you need something that corrects the hips too.
