Quality Game, EZ to Learn
Here to Slay is an exciting and engaging tabletop game that combines strategy, humor, and a bit of friendly competition. After several game nights, here’s what I think about it: Gameplay: The mechanics are straightforward yet strategic, making it accessible for both seasoned gamers and newcomers alike. Players take on the role of unique heroes and work to slay monsters while completing quests and outsmarting opponents. The balance between cooperation and competition keeps every turn exciting. Theme and Artwork: The game features a vibrant and playful design that stands out. The artwork is colorful and charming, bringing the characters and monsters to life. The theme of battling cute, whimsical creatures adds a lighthearted touch that sets it apart from more serious games. Replayability: With a variety of character classes, items, and monsters, no two games feel the same. The diverse strategies and interactions ensure high replay value, making it a staple for game nights. Player Interaction: Here to Slay encourages player interaction through its mechanics, which adds a fun social aspect to the game. The ability to sabotage opponents while collaborating on quests makes for entertaining moments and plenty of banter. Room for Improvement: While the game is fantastic, it can be a bit chaotic with larger groups, and some players may feel overwhelmed by the choices available. A clearer guide to streamline the process for new players could enhance the experience. Overall, Here to Slay is a delightful and dynamic game that brings laughter and excitement to the table. Its blend of strategy, charm, and humor makes it a must-have for any game enthusiast. Highly recommended!

Family favorite
Great game. Family loves it so much when the kid moved out she wanted her own copy.

Perfect game for family, drinking nights, and coworker game nights!
Easy to pick up and doesn’t require a lot of explaining to understand how to play. Slay 3 monsters or collect a full party ( 7 | 8 if playing with one or more DLCs ). Sounds easy enough but when playing with 4-5 people it can become hectic with all the modifiers and challenge cards flinging back and forth. The art sold me immediately when a friend brought it over and we were able to learn it easily despite the drinks we were having. 10/10 would recommend everyone to have it on your roster!

Great game
Got this and all the available add-ons after playing it with some relatives I don't like and having a surprisingly good time. What we liked about it is that it's easy to learn the rules, but it's still got some complexity to it. There are multiple different win-conditions that allow for different play-styles. It's certainly a great game for four people that you can play in relatively short bursts. I'm not sure if you'd want to try it with more players, as the only time I ever played Unstable Unicorns with the full amount of players, it was insufferable for everyone (this game plays by very similar rules).

Fun, but needs more than two people
Good quality and presentation. Easy to pick up and play. It was fun but so far only two people have been playing. It most definitely needs more people to make it more interesting.

good game
a good game for 3-4 players. When you try to play two players it is honestly less fun. But we had a blast with 4 players. We got all the expansions. And thankfully these are decently priced. It is nice to have a game that actually uses the dice on almost every turn.
