Poorly designed and thought out.
The magnifier reflects everything including my own face. It should have a non-reflective surface. The circular groves in the design actually distort figures in spreadsheets and make the magnifier difficult to clean. This is very badly designed.

Poor service
The device didnt fit the screen being used by a relative with failing eyesight- so we elected to try and send it back. The label to do this printed off fine- but the postage costs were going to be huge- more than the product!. It is going to be cheaper to put it in the bin.
