Super customer support
I bought this walker in 2022. It is great, light weight and easy to maneuver, and folds for transport. However most important a screw was lost by an airline and I couldn’t find the correct size. I emailed HealthSmart requesting info on where I might purchase one and within 24 hours they shipped me replacements. They contacted me 2 times to be sure all went well. FANTASTIC customer service especially after almost 3 years. I will certainly look for their products in future.

Pluses and minuses... but overall it suits my needs
This is a walker with pluses and minuses... I'll let you decide which is more important to you.Firstly the pluses - I love the purple colour. It's a lot more pinky than the picture suggests and as a 'girly girl' who would have loved a bright pink walker if one was available, I'm very happy with it (I wouldn't have minded if it was dark purple, the pinkiness is an unexpected bonus).Second, it is very easy to assemble and to fold up again, and it makes a far more compact bundle than a traditional American rollator. You don't even have to undo the wheel bolts to get it behind the seat in our car, just pull the handle on the seat so it folds inwards, but if you did even that's not terribly difficult. Just unscrew them, fold the legs, and screw the bolts back in behind them to keep them in the upright position.Third, the folding mesh seat is very comfortable for a larger person. I had a 'heavy-duty' rollator and my hips dug into the metal bars every time I sat down because the arms encroached on the seat. I was worried this wouldn't be any better, but when they say this seat is 18 inches wide they really mean it. I could sit on it for half an hour easily. Both of those factors make this walker extremely practical for me, and I'm very glad to have it.Now for the drawbacks. They may or may not be an issue for you.1) the walker does not extend very tall. I'm 5'6" and I usually have my canes and mobility aids set somewhere in the middle of their adjustable height range. When I set the walker up, I extended it, and extended it, and extended it, and ended up with the tabs in the second-last slot available. You're supposed to stand upright with your hands comfortably in front of you when using a walker - stooping over is terrible for your posture and not good for your balance either, so I really don't think this would be a good walker for somebody much taller than me.2)the person who says that this walker is dangerous if it hits a high bump is correct. It's not a problem for me because I am not a fall risk... when walking, it can wheel itself over a very small bump but if it's more than about half an inch high, the walker attempts to tip forward. It's just an annoyance for me (I wish the pavements around here were better-maintained so the walker didn't stall on them!) but if you were very frail and leaning heavily on it, this could be extremely dangerous.3) the walker bag that comes with this walker is pretty horrible... It has velcro straps to attach it to the hanging hooks, and two extra straps that are supposed to secure it to the legs, but the straps really don't work well. I discarded the bag and replaced it with a wheelchair bag that has a padded shoulder strap and adjustable CLICK straps that I can hang over the hooks. Also, while they say you can leave the bag attached when you fold the walker, I wouldn't. It flops around like nobody's' business and gets in the way, and if there's anything in the bag it won't fold at all.and Lastly and least importantly of all, there is no way to attach a drink-holder to this walker because the bars are rectangular all the way up. Most drink holders are made for circular bars and they won't fit. Nova sells one made for their Euro rollator, but I don't know if it would fit this one. If you like to buy drinks while you're out and about, they'd better be in a screwtop container so you can put it in the walker bag or hang it from the frame in a mesh bag.Another plus is that on my return home from a flight, I had to check my walker and somehow the airline lost one of the bolts that lock the wheels in place, my husband called the manufacturer to buy the bolts needed and they sent 2 to us free of charge.
