have a device that is a short dongle for apps into tv HDMI port putting stress on that port - used coupler to attach 2 ft 4K HDMI cable from TV to app device - works greatPS. - tried other short 4K extensions none worked - BlueRigger works as advertised

I needed to connect my Quadro M5000 video card to a uni-directional (one way) DP Male to HDMI Male cable, then connect the BlueRigger coupler, then connect the HDMI male cable which is hardwired into my old drawing tablet monitor. Works just fine...

Had an old fire box that I needed to get replace with newer and faster Fire stick, but did not want to pull the darn 65 inch wall mounted tv since the connections are in the middle of the back panel. And a course the connection from the old fire box was male and the new connect for the fire stick is male so I needed the little gem to do the mircle work and not have me unmount the freaking tv! I have a portable monitor that has HDMI input through USB-C style port. It came with a cable but it is extremely short so I needed either an extension for HDMI or a coupler to turn one of several spare HDMI cables into an extension. This coupler did the job. It worked with YouTube on a PS4, so I think that means it works with HDCP, but I could be wrong.The value for a one pack is obviously not as good as the 2 pack, but I really only need one right now.

This is a simple connector, allows connecting HDMI cables with no data loss. Fast, seamless transmission, and for the right price. I recommend.

My wife decided to re-arrange the living room, and of course that meant moving the TV too. The only problem was that my security system NVR was permanently mounted in a cabinet and was too far to reach the new location of the TV. I got this HDMI coupler to combine 2 cables together in order to get the length I needed. So far it has worked out perfectly, with no loss of video quality. Plus it allows for more connection options if I want to hook something else to my TV without having to access the plugs on the back. Would definitely recommend.

This works really well. This comes in super handy to have on the end of a Roku Stick or Google TV when travelling. Putting this on allows you to connect to an existing HDMI cable attached behind a TV that has limited or no access to the inputs on the back. Unplug an existing device that has easier access and plug this straight into that cord. Works well for 1080p 60Hz, have not tried with anything higher than that.
