This jacket is SO WARM! It met all my requirements and more. It has a double zipper, so I can unzip the bottom and sit down comfortably (without being bulked out by a non moving zipper) on a chilly day but still stay warm. It is long enough to cover my upper thighs, but not too long to impede movement like some jackets. The inner lining of fur (instead of sherpa which collects everything) adds extra warmth and easy cleaning. Does not hold onto hair (mine or pets) like sherpa does. The outter pockets are very deep. I love this, as I mostly complain how tiny womens pockets are and the frustration of putting only one thing in other jacket pockets- but this jacket has ROOMY pockets. In the horizontal open ones, I can fit 2 regular water bottles in one pocket to give you an idea on the size. As a Mom who gets everything handed to her (as much as I resist being a pack mule lol) i can finally go out without a purse in the winter, and still be able to carry hands free a kids waterbottle or a discarded hat. Ahhh hands free freedom. The zip pockets are also deep, able to carry a large phone, my gloves and keys in one pocket and zip it up with room to spare. In our recent NEGATIVE DEGREE WEATHER- it cut the wind amazing, held up to the snow with no wetness, and kept this usually cold person, comfortably warm. I have to say, that was a bit of a shock for me - to be warm in windy negative weather- just wow. Oh! And my favorite bit- the hat, which is removable and has a removable fur, is DELIGHTFULLY Soft...like bunny soft. I actually bought this one over another because the video showed someone's hands going through it smoothly, and as a texture-touch type person, who loves the look of fake furs, but is usually disappointed in the feel (scratchy not soft gets ratty looking yuk), this one is soft like so soft and moves more like real high quality fake fur, which provides a windbreaker, and the snow just blows off it (no stuck on ice chunks here!). Girls, you know what i mean- the snow usually cakes onto fake fur, but this just glides or blows off like magic. My head is covered when i put the hood on, and i can pull it down a bit more, but im not "lost" in the hood - some are just too big. It lays flat on my back w the nice fur trim showing- very stylish. My only cons are tiny- the double zippers are on the left, not on the right- so this is very minor as the quality of this chunky zipper is good. The only other con would be I would have liked it to have an outter chest pocket for my phone, but with the roomy 4 lower pockets, this isnt a problem for me (it does have a deep inner pocket on the left side, big enough for a large phone). It also does not have an inner cinch for more shape- but this is so low on my list, and the jacket has a nice shape naturally. I would say, order your regular size. True to size. I bought a size up from my normal size, annnd it is a touch big because I wanted movement and someone had mentioned the arms were small- I didn't find this to be the case at all. I will be keeping this size even if I could have ordered my normal size and probably still had the room (because I get cold and normally have 2 layers on when indoors). The weight of the jacket is medium, not lightweight, in general but for the warmth it provides it feels like it should be heavier- but it's not! The puffiness is not thin, not overstuffed,but juuuust right. The wrist cuffs are key to keep out the wind and have some nice quality and stretch. I feel like it will last a long time. I was really impressed with the quality of the individual parts that make up this jacket. I love it so much I will be ordering my normal size in another color in the future. For now I will enjoy my lovely stylish new very warm coat, purse free, with the softest faux fur trim I have ever touched. After much agonizing over which coat to buy...i am so glad I picked this one. LOVE IT!

I’m living in NY and the temperature was dropping down to 11 degrees. I needed to replace my older puffer coat. I am 5ft 3in tall, 140lbs. I ordered the Navy blue in medium. The coat is a little snug since I was layering with another jacket but it fits nice. It has the same slim waist look as the photo, but that’s why it may be a little snug if you layer, so go a size up if you want it loose. The coat is very warm and thick. The color is true to the photos. The front has two deep open pockets and two side zipper pockets, all are large and deep enough for phones and wallets. Plus there are inside pockets. The coat is waterproof to an extent. The hood is very big and the fur around looks very nice. I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

I like the color I own many black winter jackets but this one caught my eye. I like that you can remove the fur on the hood and remove the hood as well. It is a great way to get multiple use. It is heavy and will keep you warm. I went to New York, part of the reason why I bought it because many say we need a parka for New York winters. It did keep me warm when it snowed and I enjoyed the 4 pockets. I do wish they added inner pockets with zippers though that would be five stars. I found the drawstrings for the hood hard to stay put. I’m 5 ft and around 160lbs I’m pretty short and chubby in my tummy area and I have a quarterback back (lol) and a large was the best fit and still roomy. I did not look like a marshmallow, which was nice! This jacket/parka reached my knees and has two zippers that allow you to unzip the bottom or top (for you can sit down comfortably, but I found I had enough room that I didn’t need to do that until I noticed the extra zipper). Also buttons which is nice too. It was a good jacket but a few adjustments or additions can make it better, but for me was fine but the additions; fixing hood drawstrings, adding buttons to extra fabric flap to close the hood like other expensive jackets do, inner pockets either zippers, maybe making the zipper thing a bit smaller, would be nice. By the way I did not layer like crazy because I would be too hot, I would just wear a thin shirt under and my long sleeve on. When it arrived it was packaged very nicely in a vacuum seal, I was shocked! On my trip to New York the temperature varied to very cold temperatures 16 degrees (I used and zipped it up and wore my hood), up to 42 degrees (where I did not need to zip up my jacket bc it was hot for me).

Kinda bulky but it’s nice

As I was opening the bag I heard something metal hit the floor; I looked down and there was a button.I didn't have the time to exchange it and luckily it's top one and I'd probably never use that button. One of the zipper pockets isn't sewn at the bottom so I lost something inside the jacket. I can easily fix that.This is a very warm and heavy jacket. Length is perfect but the zipper goes all the way to the bottom so I have to bend down to zip and unzip which is not very convenient it you're working and in a hurry. All the long one I've had before have had buttons all the way down but zipper stopped below the waist. Overall, it is as expected for the price and it will fit my needs.
