The media could not be loaded.  Winter morning is always challenge for me. With this fireplace, I will get heat from my dinning table. The real fireplace is a little bit far from my dinning table. This one is fashion and effective. This winter will be a easy one for me.

Came without the remote, hardware or instructions. I have tried to contact to get a remote with no luck. Waste of money since I can’t use it like intended. Back screen also has a large retractable area that stays black. Really ruins the look. I am very disappointed with the product and non existent customer service. Find another brand.

The media could not be loaded.  Sizing guides are correct on the listing so I had the wall readily to go when it got here and it fit fine. Works as advertised. Didn't come with the crystal rocks as the listing said and no way to contact the seller to ask for just those. Ended up having to buy some here instead of uninstalling and returning the entire unit. There is also a black square (very obvious at night) at the top center that is different then the rest of the unit and doesn't look great. Overall, an alright purchase for the price but probably would've bought a slightly more expensive one if it didn't have.the "black square" at the top.

For a heater it has very little heat output. I have it on the wall of a small room, directly behind the recliner I sit in, and I can barely feel the heat, even at 92 degrees. The colors and imitation flames sure are pretty though.

The media could not be loaded.  The ease of installation was great! I built a whole wall just for this fireplace and it's awesome. The rectangle spot where the vent is on the screen is a little irritating but we can manage great product for a great price 👍.

I am so glad that I made this purchase for my new farm house which needs a lot of renovations. You can choose different colors of flame and set the temperature accordingly even with a timer!! There are so many options to choose from that I am going to explore!

Got it last week and it works fine but every 4 seconds there’s a beep noise. No idea why and it’s extremely annoying. Mainly comes on when I turn heat on.
