There is no ease of use, no comfort, and zero value for money. It's way too small for an adult (see photo for scale). The badly worded and heavily disorganized instructions claim it adapts to fit your mouth after soaking in boiling water for 25 seconds. I soaked it several times, leaving it longer each time. No change. Totally rigid. It's not eligible for return so this is a total waste. Maybe it works for 10 year-olds with snoring problems but definitely not adults.

So i followed the instructions for it to adjust to my teeth and it barely budged. Tried to sleep with it but as my mouth relaxes it still keeps my mouth open. The gait isn't adjustable so this is too small for my jaw making it uncomfortable to use. As I was looking for other reviews all I see are products for pet testing. The "anti snoring mouthguard" is not worth purchasing from here and it has made me sceptical of any other anti snoring device; I wish I didn't snore and I wish I hadn't wasted the money.

I have used several of these snore guards over the years and they work incredibly well for me. Except this manufacturer. I took this out of the box and instantly knew the size was much too small. I looked on the box for indications of “youth size”, but no mention of anything other than adult size. Still, I gave it a go and thought that maybe when I boiled it to set the mold that it would expand and fit my bite. I put it in my mouth for the bite-down, and it literally fit inside my bite arch and not remotely on my teeth. This is a terrible product and embarrassing Chinese-to-English translation for the instructions and product description. I would give it zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I missed the return date by a week. Ugh!

Super uncomfortable, extra hard material on the mouse, don't work at all, dont adjust eater, you wake up 3 or 4 times a night looking for it in the bed cuz you spit it as you snoring.

This guard is tiny and not reshapable to fit. Basically $20 down the drain due to the return policy. Don’t waste your money and buy from someone else with selectable size options.

This thing is very small. I'm 6'4", so I assume my upper and lower jaws are bigger than average, but this seems like it was made for a child. It's only saving grace is that you can soften it in hot water and mold it to your teeth (they say it's not required, but it almost fit after I did it). It's still not especially comfortable, but it's fairly effective.

Followed directions [which were not that easy to understand actually] 3 times - it doesn't soften really in the boiling water & always triggered my gag reflex so no way could I actually wear it in my mouth all night. Completely disappointing.
