I was sceptical about my choice until the product arrived. Its very premium quality product, that's the first impression I got. The flexibility it offer to covert to normal ladder to A shape is the feature I really like in such a compact package. Bonus feature which I missed to notice earlier, is the ability to use it on stairs as both the legs can be adjusted to different sizes.

Quality is excellent and it's very useful product for my house. It is collapsible so can be kept inside the house.

The 1st step from bottom slipped after 3 to 4 use. And also this product don't have warranty.. pic me dekh sakte hai ab ek step niche nai Jaa Raha hai Now I am stuck. Request company to provide me the contact number so that I can reach you. Seems product is wast of many.
