Good value for the price paid but not very comfortable to sit on long term

The reviews for this don't seem to correspond with the product, so it was hard to get an idea of this product. The description and images seemed reassuring however. Combined with the low reasonable price, it seemed worth taking a chance on.Sadly I was reminded why it is always best to view any furniture in person before buying. Assembly was relatively straightforward and fast, although the alignment of one screw seemed so off it didn't fully insert and was left sticking out. The main issue was how deeply uncomfortable this sofa was. Although it may be a subjective feeling, the hardness of the seat and back along with its positioning meant this was very difficult to sit on for extended periods of time.Returning such item of this size would be a huge effort but thankfully the seller offered a 10% refund to keep the sofa. I guess the message here is try before you buy
