Shocking Delivery and Customer Service
The delivery service was shockingly poor.The delivery driver logged it as "Delivered In A Safe Place"...but i could not find the product anywhere. I then enquired this with the company and it has been over 9 days and I am told the same thing that they will look into this with tbe delivery company. Shockingly poor!In the meantime the institute the water was for is without bottles water for over a week.Product is fine but the delivery and customer service is shocking.
