Have been taking hemp oil for a while and feeling the benefits, I know how it works for my dog with taking the edge off so to speak, for example less excitable with the added bonus of a lovely glossier coat. The thing is I know hemp oil works for me, helping a little with my anxiousness and dry skin being post menopausal, but I have been using the drops straight under the tongue, finding this unpleasant because of the taste, so these capsules are so much better, straight down, easy to swallow and unlike fish oil no fishy repeating tastes.

You get 2 x months supply which makes this a definite value for money. Omega oil is a wonderful supplement especially during peri menopause which is why I wanted to try this option instead of fish oil which makes me feel nauseous from the aftertaste. I was so pleasantly surprised that this oil tablet didn’t not only taste of nothing it also didn’t leave any lingering aftertaste either. Bonus! The capsules are quite big and taking 2 at a time can feel a bit much so I have one with breakfast and one with lunch. So far so good!
