In case you have a problem were yellow alarm "Washer Fluid is low" message pops up few minutes after starting up and stays on. Replacing this sensor would save you a lot of money and it will work instantly. It's not a critical sensor to force you to buy the OEM. Although taking out the old one is challenging but quite doable.
