HJCC10 Solid Full Face Motorcycle Helmet (Black, XX-Small)

This is my 3rd HJC helmet. I have a C91, tried an I90 (returned) and now the C10. IMO, at this price, this is a great helmet as your primary, backup or passenger. I bought a Large. It fits perfectly snug, not too tight and not loose at all. Has features of helmets in higher price range: pin lock ready, speaker cavities. No sun visor but not a deal breaker at this price point. Ventilation seems ok. With shield closed, I was fogging up a bit at a long stop light. No fog issues while moving, shield closed. Weighs in around 3.4 lbs. Feels light and balanced. It's only DOT approved. From what I've read online the European version is DOT and ECE 22.06 approved. ECE gives me warm fuzzies but not a deal breaker. At this price point I might buy another one when the ECE 22.06 version is available. Notably, for new riders that are on a budget and gearing up (boots, pants, jacket, gloves, helmet) the C10 is a great choice and leaves you enough $ to get all your other gear!

It fits well and the noise isn't bad, even at 75 mph. It was very slightly snug at first, but it has now conformed to my head and is very comfortable.

It’s hard to beat this helmet given the price point and safety rating, if you just need [an helmet] either for your passenger or for yourself, this is a great choice, no frills, removable padding, lightweight, and good visibility from the visor.Any issues such as a non smoked visor is rendered null by simply wearing sunglasses, when it’s dark, take em off and use the clear visor normally, overall great helmet.

Saw the review from FortNine Youtube channel and it meets all the safety standards without breaking the bank.

Thought it would come with a smoked visor, came with a clear one. Can’t find a smoked one anywhere. Pretty disappointed
