I have not seen limescale on any of my dishes since I started using this filter.However, when I bought this product, it said to use it for 2 years.However, after 1 year, the filter stopped working.The water flow from my kitchen tap was very weak.I found the problem with the help of a plumber.The filter was the problem.I contacted the seller.They were willing to do their best to solve my problem.As a result, I got the pleasure of not seeing limescale again and the water flowing out of the tap was very refreshing.I was so grateful to the two people who responded.I am a loyal customer of your products. I have absolutely loved having this in my kitchen sink. It does exactly what you expect from it, enjoy clean filtered water with ease. I love how easy it is to install by just connecting it to the cold water valve under the sink and the taste of the water is great as well. It is nice to know that the water I'm consuming at home is free of any contaminants and is safe to drink for my family. I did have an issue about 10 months into my purchase where I began to hear noises coming from under my sink and the cold water stopped flowing. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. Robbie Li was the representative who assisted me and I could not ask for a nicer and professional interaction. Robbie was prompt to tell me that my problem was that the head was clogged and he immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent to my house. Afterwards, Robbie checked in to see if everything was okay and that the installation went well. I've honestly never had such a good experience with the customer service of a company like I had with Waterdrop. If you ever face a problem with your filter don't hesitate to contact their customer service they are phenomenal.

We have been very pleased with this filter, purchased filter 2 years ago. We recently had an issue with low flow—bypassed the filter and flow was good again. We contacted Waterdrop Filter customer service thru a chat with Ramon who let me know that the ‘head’ was the issue and they would replace it (free of charge). Sarah-customer service representative- followed up thru email confirming what Ramon had said. Robbie Li-customer service representative- followed that up by confirming a delivery date of equipment. Overall excellent customer service, the new ‘head’ has larger inlet and outlet (new hoses were shipped with the new head to fit). Had the filter back in service within 2 days.

When you order on this platform, there's no selection to give you to 2 x female 3/8" to male 1/4" hoses. Either Amazon or the company needs to make a way for you to chose this before adding to cart. It comes standard with 1 x female 3/8" to male 1/4", and 1 x male 3/8" to male 1/4" hoses. You'll either need to get an adapter or buy a new hose.All that being said, I contacted customer service and expressed my concerns. They were vary prompt to resolve the situation for me. I've installed the product now, and I am very very pleased with the results. The water taste great and the install took all of 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

I love this filter and the fact that it hooks straight to the cold water line under the sink. It’s out of the way and does a great job of providing convenient drinkable water straight from the sink! I used to have water filter tanks in the fridge and after the convenience of this, I wouldn’t go back.The customer service at Waterdrop is also great! Kimberly in customer service was beyond helpful in assisting me when the flow of cold water was decreasing after going through the filter. Now, the cold water flow is high again and I have nice filtered water! I purchased the Waterdrop 15UA Under Sink Water. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Excellent choice for the value and it didn't slow down my water pressure. It fits perfectly under my kitchen sink.
