Second time I have purchased this. My husband has low iron levels with borderline anemia and was told that he would probably be referred for intravenous iron injections...OR he could first try iron tablets. I ordered these, having no idea if they would help, and he has now been taking these for about a year and his iron levels are within acceptable limits. We are both very happy that these work and are easy to take, affordable, and he doesn't have to have periodic doctor's visits for infusions.

This is a lower strength iron supplement so did not cause too much constipation - taking it daily. Appears to do the job, blood tests indicate that the iron levels have increased after a month.
