Bought this water flosser for my 14yo daughter that has braces and was recommended by the Orthodontist office person. She has been using it daily for about 6 months and surprisingly we have not had to charge it since the first time, not sure if is because she usually uses it once a day sometimes twice but not every day. Anyway she really likes using it because she says after brushing and flossing this water flosser gives the sensation that her teeth are really clean. I would just like to be able to buy the interchangeable nozzles on its own to have extra replacements and have not been able to find them by themselves.

This was the most affordable portable water flosser on Amazon at the time of writing this ($24) and it's been a huge help! My gums have never looked healthier. It's got a decently-sized water reservoir, but you'll probably have to refill 2 or 3 times during flossing depending on how quickly you go. It also has 3 speeds, High, Low, and Pulse. If the High setting is too harsh on your gums, you can start on the low one.Who knows how much money this will save me from the dentist? If you don't own a water flosser and don't floss regularly, trust me and buy one, it will change your life.

The Sterline Flosser can really move some water but I'm not sure how effective it actually is. This thing is bulky and takes up a lot of room on my bathroom counter. The few times I've used it, it hurts my Gums. DO NOT USE WITH COLD WATER, especially if you have sensitive teeth, it's cringe worthy.

Very strong. I think it needs a softer setting or even a nozzle option with a smaller hole so that you can better control the water power. The softer setting is not that much different than the normal setting in my opinion. So as someone with sensitive teeth and gums, it’s a little overbearing. But, it gets the job done!

I did not like this product. The water flow was too strong, even on the lowest setting. It cut my gums and made them bleed.

Had wanted to try a water flosser and decided to try this one. Leave it charging between uses so it's always charged. Works well! Only drawback is that it doesn't sell additional replacement nozzles.

Once I got the hang of it and stopped shooting water across the bathroom, I loved it. It gets into spots I have sensitive gums and this helps me with spaces that I have issues getting dental floss into.

Sterline Customer Service, if you see this please contact me.I want to rate this product 5 stars because it works as intended and the charge holds well, but I have 2 huge issues: 1) I cannot seem to find an email or number for customer service, and that is a huge problem, and 2) I can't find replacement nozzles, as I unfortunately lost one during a move. I would rather buy replacements from Sterline, than toss this working unit and have to invest in another product. But if I must, I will edit this review to reflect so, and tell people to look for a product and company who offer clear and easy customer service

this is amazing. no large bulky containers sitting on your counter. this takes up no more space than an electric toothbrush. I love the three settings and mostly use the sensitive one. because it uses up all of the water in the little tank each time to use it, it is easy to use warm water and keep it fresh. I add a tbsp. of hydrogen peroxide to warm water and it makes it a very pleasant experience. It does take a little practice not to splash it all over the place so have a sense of humour and a little patience. it is after all just water. overall it holds a charge quite well and works great. a must for anyone with pockets or gum issues.

I went through 3 Water Pik wireless flossers (battery fails after just a few months and they cost almost $200 in Canada) before I decided to see if there was another brand to try. I bought this and I am so glad! Like an electric toothbrush, it sits on the charger when not in use, so it's always charged and you aren't guessing when to charge it. A+!

Great product. Purchased 6 months ago and haven't any problem with it. No clogging, good power. Previously, I owned 2 from the best-known manufacturer and this Sterline flosser is far superior. The 2-yr warranty probably says a lot.Update: Worked great for the first year then gradually became less functional. Stops when it should be close to fully charged and have to repeatedly push the mode button to start it again. Has gotten progressively worse and now, after 15 months, only only half the tank empties before it stops. Says 2-year warranty but there is no seller contact information.

I purchased this flosser and after using it for around 1 month, it stopped working. It would randomly shoot water out or just not work at all. I have tried to contact the seller but I have been unsuccessful in any kind of communication. I have now purchased a different Waterpik for almost the same price but with a guarantee, I can return if it stops working. DO NOT PURCHASE as you cannot return if it stops working
