OXO Good Grips Slice & Bake Cookie Helper (Set of 2)

This actually worked really well for slice and bake cookies. The marks made for perfect slices and very easy to clean. Well worth it for something will only use once or twice a year.

I got this for my daughter who loves to bake. She liked it but would have liked it to be a bit longer.

This works great for sliced cookies. Bought a second one and one for my sister.

I have to bake LOTS of cookies for an herbal bake sale once a year so I started doing shortbread and making them slice & bake. Hard to get the precise size I want and nice, round cookies. Tried these this year--what a game changer! Much easier and beautiful cookies. Wowser! (first time I've ever used that word!)

Really like these for consistent size dough logs. The marks for slicing are a nice guide.

Absolute trash. I wish I had returned it. But because I use it for work I kept trying different techniques to get it to work properly. But it never did. And those little silly end caps I never found out how to use those at all. The problem with this is that when you use this role technique for cookie dough you end up with cookies different sizes because the log will not be the same at the left side the middle and the right. Has any Baker knows when you bake cookies out with different sizes on the same sheet some are under done some are overdone and you can't sell that. It's such a shame because this looks like it would work well but it actually doesn't. I like that it has the little notches inside the rolled cookie dough so it will leave indentations and tell you where to slice. The point of that is to get your cookies the same size so they bake all at the same rate. But without them being the same weight they're never going to be the same size. And this has nothing to do with weight. Even if you weigh your cookie dough before you put it in here when you roll that log you're going to have ends that are bigger or smaller than each other and a middle that's a different size than each end. This just does not work. So I went back to the process of weighing each cookie ball rolling it into a ball and then flattening it which takes hours out of every day but it works and the cookies come out uniform; again a necessity if you're going to sell them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Great product...kept the cookies round...ordered extra set...but pricey.

These work well and are great for freezing cookie dough for future 'cut and bake' use!
