I got this Bucky because I thought the company made quality products that are tested. The velcro catches and pulls threads on the fabric of the eye mask. Definitely not well-tested, or they cheaper out. It's a stringy mess now.Also, the heat/cold beads are in one large bag that spans the entire eye mask, easily going to one side or the other and it doesn't spread well. Could have easily been avoided with a few chambers to limit the range where the beads can settleOther than that, it does the job. Sad it's going to last less than a couple years tho. I won't be purchasing again

I have purchased this eye mask 4 times now (in different colors & as gifts & once to replace one that was well-used and worn after years of use). I used to love this thing…. gentle pressure on your eyes that acts as a sort of a hug that encourages sleep and helps put my anxious restless mind to bed. That being said…. this most recent time ordering this eye mask was completely different. The quality is a joke compared to before. The fabric is rough like a cheap poly satin want-to-be, and the filling was 1/2 of what it used to be. I ordered an exchange on Amazon and am really hoping that this was just a fluke and I can update this review to proclaim my live for this product once again. Stay tuned…

I looked for a while for a "weighted" eye mask to help keep my eyes fully closed while I slept, this worked, but it also gave me the worst headache, right behind my eyes, that I have ever had. I highly suggest not to wear for extended periods of time, as other reviewers have stated.On the up side, I can see the benefit for short term use, especially once cooled. Its very comfortable, and the filling is easily moved around to create pressure wherever is needed. I would recommend this product, but not to wear for hours.

I wanted this to work, sadly it does not. I need cooling relief overnight while I’m asleep but it gets warm in less than 30 mins after a full day freezing. It’s also unbearably annoying to try and get the mask comfortable with the beads. You can’t open your eyes at all or shift or else they move, again, dragging down the mask over my face.

Nicely made and comfortable to wear, but there's two areas that could turn this into a five-star product:1. The filling seems like there's not quite as much as there should be for the size of the mask.2. The "bag" the filling is in is largish and unless you deliberately spread it out and only lay on your back, the pressure is very uneven. Roll on your side, and in a few minutes you'll find the beads are pressing on whichever eye is lower.The soft fabric is very comfortable against the skin, and the headband is wide and flat enough to be unnoticeable even against those of us who are a little "hair-challenged".I like the cover/headband enough that I'd even consider looking for a more well-designed heat/cool "packet" to put inside it.

I think the biggest problem is the fabric is too thick/heavy vs the weight of the beans. Makes it not lay well on the face. Maybe just not for me. Love the Bucky blink masks for call nights at work… was hoping this would be a nice cool/warm relaxer at home but didn’t work out.

Doesn't get very cold in freezer, and it dissipates very quickly. Other than that, it's OK.

I love putting this in the freezer before I use it (I keep it in a plastic container so it doesn't soak up the smell of foods in my freezer). I haven't used it for heat yet. The velcro band allows you to wear it as tight or loose on your eyeballs as you want...this is the best part for someone who suffers from migraines, like me. It's super soothing. I highly recommend this mask!

I'm a restless sleeper, so the mask tends to slip off while I sleep. I fall asleep with it easily enough, it just doesn't stay on. Tightening it has adverse effects (ie can't fall asleep cause it's too tight). A wider band would be nice to have.

Piece of crap. The filling moves around so much that you keep waking up to even it out.

Bean bag insert falls out a lot. Not vrry comfortable
