Used to keep my cables tidy, while working from home I wanted to keep my loose cables in one place. The plastic is quite hard and not very flexible, it will do but not overly impressed.

I must say that I am very pleased with this item, my gaming PC looks awesome now!!

Overall very poor quality material used.The product never lies straight it constantly wants to curl around itself.The edges crack as you surround your cables. Don’t bother.

Just what we needed.

Underneath my home working desk was a bit of a mess since I moved from laptop to tower unit with all the peripherals. I thought this cable tidy could help with the clutter and so I dived under my desk to sort it out. Was it worth it?I thought that this tidy would be soft and flexible and like an old fashioned phone cable (remember those?) but it's basically a piece of ridged plastic pipe with a slit in it, into which you have to try to push your cables. It does take a surprising number, but it does take a bit of effort, and it can scratch and trap your fingers too, so be aware. I also needed to cut the tidy - which was easy to do with scissors - so I have a second length for perhaps sorting out the cables behind our TV.Although this works, I'm not sure it's worth the faff and expense in a domestic setting.

Fine product tidies wiring up perfectly.

I received one of the 25mm cable tidies to try out and was initially concerned that I wouldn't be able to squeeze the 4 cables plugged into my TV through the tube. However, they fitted in just fine and were quite easy to do. I found the easiest way was to start at the TV end but with the end of the tube intended to be at the bottom end and then prise apart the tube with my thumb, push through the four cables and then pull the tube downwards towards the wall socket end. A wee bit of extra fettling was required but it was fairly easy to do. You do need to be careful with your fingers though as the edges can be quite sharp.The tube is quite sturdy, looks somewhat utilitarian (but beauty is in the eye of the beholder!) and does bunch together the cables well. The end result was that the unseen cables down the back of the TV now look neater but since nobody's looking down there anyway, only my own OCD for tidiness has been satisfied! They're definitely better when used to hide PC monitor cables down through desk channels.So, four stars from me. There's nothing wrong with this particular cable tidy but it's not outstanding (could it ever be?) It could be a bit better finished in places (sharp edges) so it drops a star for that.
