Gentle, modern, and effective ingredients. I like that it is safe for mildly broken skin and blemishes. I have medium skin and an endocrine condition that causes me to hyperpigment easily. I had hyperpigmentation from a nasty scar on my hand. I don’t have an image of the shadowy color it was, but when I added this serum to my skin lightning routine, it turned pinkish instead of brownish before the end of the bottle. I think it also helped prevent some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne. Lightening darks spots takes a long time. It helps to combine ingredients, and this is definitely a keeper for the toolbox.

I definitely noticed some difference after regular use. My skin does seem brighter with this product. The bottle wasn't sealed nor filled though.
