You're not getting MTR traceable coupons, so not something I would recommend for anything carrying a quality control burden. But perfect for my intended use- practice pieces for my kids. Cuts were straight and pieces were uniform. I found it to be a decent price compared to other options.

Used these to learn how to diy welding. I needed 4 1in welds for a propane tank brace and couldn't find a welder to do it, so i did it and very proud hoe it came out. Only took 3months to become confident to do it. So these came in handy for practice. They are a good size to keep from getting overwhelmed in long welds. They are thick enough to not go through. Durable and functioned like I needed them to. For the money it was easier then finding a scrap location.

I used them to make mounting plates for power supplies. They worked well with the exception of one of them which was slightly smaller than the rest, so the jig I used to drill holes in them in my drill press was a little off for one piece. Fortunately, I only needed four, as the one being out of spec made it useless.

Not bad! Using a fluxcore mig and making Jeep accessories to hold an ammo box etc.. im gonna order more right after I post this.

Need these as reinforcement fish plates / "coupons" for 1st gen Tacoma passenger side front of bumper frame crumple zone. No rust and a good gauge for added integrity. I am sure this is a common repair for the weak front ends of 1st gen Tacoma's. Was lucky to source a donor frame for the passenger side section that was mangled in an accident from previous owner.

Nice to practice with or make small patches. No complaints.

Excellent product and service

They do have millscale on them but it easily cleans of. They're cut well so you can run practice beads or weld them together.
