I’ve been using these mouth guards for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. They’re easy to mold, very comfortable to wear at night, and stay in place without feeling bulky. I also love that the pack comes with four – great value for the price! The small size fits perfectly (I have a smaller mouth), and the included case keeps them clean and safe. Definitely helps with teeth grinding and jaw tension. Highly recommend!

I used to wake up with tension in my jaw from clenching my teeth at night, but with these in, I sleep more comfortably and feel less soreness in the morning.The small size fits my mouth perfectly (I’m a woman), and the material feels durable but not bulky. I also love that it comes with 4 guards and 2 retainer cases — very practical and great value.The fitting process was easy, and the slim 3mm design makes it comfortable to wear through the night without feeling like I have a mouthful of plastic.Highly recommend this product if you’re struggling with clenching or grinding your teeth at night!

The instructions were very easy to follow. With that being said, I'm truly disappointed with the quality of these night guards. I was so hopeful these would work so i didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars. But sadly, they feel very bulky and oddly caused my gums to become irritated overnight. The package came with 2 sets and I've used them both thinking I did something wrong. Unfortunately same outcome. Maybe these would work for someone who doesn't know what a real one feels like. Nothing beats the real deal.

These are the first sleep guards that I tried. I tongue thrust so this really comes in handy for that. The instructions were easy to follow and allowed me to get the perfect fit for my teeth. They are really comfortable and mold easily with the method explained on the package. I feel like my teeth are protected and they function well. through

If you fit this product as told it works great. I have worn night guards for probably thirty years. They are super expensive when getting through my dentist. I will use this one going forward as it does the job and is reasonable. This is the second box I ordered and BOTH cases were cracked due to packing!! The guard itself was fine.

Generally, this product is what it says it is. I ordered the size small women’s and it’s still quite thick. In fact I think I will be trimming it because it hangs over the ends of my molars and under my tongue in a weird way. (Gag)The box said it included two cases and four mouth guards, however, mine only had one case, two mouth guards, So only half of what was supposed to be in the box.I waited too long to open this and create the fit, (you put it in boiling water) so my return window has expired. Otherwise, I probably would’ve returned this.

These guards really surprised me — they’re soft, easy to mold, and actually stay in place all night. My jaw pain is gone, and I sleep better now. The size is perfect and I love that they come with a case. Great value for the price!

I’m honestly unsure how this has so many good reviews. I have a bite guard from my dentist, but it’s made of hard material and has been causing my jaw to pop out of place from how hard I clench my teeth when I sleep.I bought this guard with the hopes of finding a softer option. While weary of the price, it had great reviews. I tried to make two impressions. The instructions say to bite down firmly. Well, I bit down firmly, and nearly bit through the guard. The second guard fits better, but doesn’t stay on my upper teeth, which is a choking hazard.The biggest issue is that these guards are shaped poorly. They are so tall they dig into your gums. The entirety of the guard is too small for an average mouth- it keeps my back four molars on each side exposed. While I know this will help a bit in the front, I’m still able to grind my back teeth.I requested a refund from the seller, and got a long-winded email about sending photos of my impressions to insure I did them correctly. No matter how many times I make the impression, it will not make up for the fact that this bite guard only covers half the teeth in my very average sized mouth. For that alone, I cannot recommend or use this product.
