Worst customer service ever and pathetic fans
I bought 5 fans and 3 of them are producing a lot of noise because of vibrations. I called their customer service number but it never works,you get an sms for WhatsApp link. On that if you try to talk to a human it will rake days. Somehow if you manage to raise a complaint then no one will ever visit or do follow-up.Amazon is also guilty of not penalising such vendors as they asked me to return the fan. They completely forgot that ther is a cost of installation and un-installation which I have to incur. They were never able to force the vendor to provide me seevice or meet the warranty terms

No one care for customer complaint fan is not worked for even 100 hours it stopped and complaint raised 8 days but no one visited or even talked only complaint no. Provided over whatsapp
