The unit is small and compact, saves space and easy installation. It is not consistent sometimes producing slightly warm water quickly, never hot. Most often I can hardly tell it is there.I would not buy again, further, I am replacing with a small electric water tank even though it requires more space than I want to devote.

This heater works great! Warms the water up good! Easy to install!

don,t waste your money if you want to heat water you have to reduce the flow to a dribble. whats the point.

Only maintained hot was at a very low flow rate.

My previous water heater quit working after 8 months or so. I decided to replace it with this instant mini water heater. It works moderately. If you turn the faucet on about 1/3 of its capacity, the water will be hot enough and the F degree is up to 112-115F at most but not continuously. Second, the circuit breaker has to be +30amp. Lastly, the price is reasonable and I hope this device will last for awhile until I can afford to replace it…again with a more traditional one.

Works good, needed a pump to get it to work but all is good now.

We installed this in the fellowship hall at church. Provides all the hot water we need to wash dishes and saves on space from a traditional water heater. Also, provided an hour of entertainment for the older gentlemen who had the fun of installing something so small to heat the water. They were fascinated!!! LOL

This supplier cheated me by sending an opened returned defective item to me. I had to pay the contractor to install it and it didn’t heat up to normal temp. When I tried to contact them no response. Never buy from this company that has no respect for customers time.
