These vacuum cubes are MASSIVE. I bought these for winter comforters but I should have gotten the next size down. Each bag comes up to my waist and easily fit two queen size comforters without any compression. I also stuffed 4-5 pillows in one and had room to spare. The vacuum vent works very well. I did not need to use a vacuum machine, pushing out the majority of the air while zipping up the bag and then using the hand pump was sufficient.I do LOVE the flat, cube bottom. I've used the flat bags in the past and I hated them. The cube bottom stays open as you're filling it, and the seams let you know exactly when to stop filling it. And then you can push all the air out straight down, so everything sore or less stays in order and the cube stays standing and you can just push it until a shelf.

In case you're wondering if these bags are for you. Specifically the cube shaped ones, I have used other bags from this brand and they also work very well. However, in case you're wondering please bags are for you, in this bag hold three pairs of sweats, one long skirt, six dresses of varying lengths and poofiness, four beanies, four thick fuzzy socks, one pair of gloves, and exactly 32 hoodies that are between the sizes of large and 3x. I had an entire 75 gallon tote full of these items and I was able to compress it that much. Highly recommend!

I give this 4 stars because I love vacuum storage bags. Unfortunately, these were not big enough in the opening to work for me. My object for sealing was a fold-up/flip-out sponge cushion - three 4"x24"x24" connected foam cushions. Stacked they measure 24"x24"x12". That requires an opening with a circumference of 72". These 30" wide bags only have a 60" circumference. Even the XXL would not be big enough. So, my caution to everyone is to consider the circumference of the opening!

Bags do not seal! I used the pump then my vacuum to try and seal the bags, in less the 24hrs they had already leaked enough air in that I tried to reseal again... No luck! Also another bag bag ripped open at bottom. Im now just using them as storage bags! Won't buy again! 😡

These are okay, but not great. You can definitely tell these cubes are knock-offs and not name brand. First, they are not really a cube. The bottom has this weird diamond shape, and there's no support on the sides, so I knew right out of the box that these wouldn't shrink down into a cube shape, like the are supposed to. That was the first disappointment.I will say they are good sized, so you can fit a lot inside. I was able to pack my entire winter wardrobe in one bag. Now, I live in Florida, so my winter wardrobe consists of one thick coat, one lighter jacket, plus a few sweaters, sweatshirts and some fuzzy socks, so... it's not a lot. Still, it all fit in one cube.However, when I hooked up my vacuum (forget the pump, it's ridiculous) it didn't suck out a lot of the air, even though the bag was firmly closed. I had to push on the sides and kind of squeeze the air out, pushing the air pockets toward the suction nozzle part, if that makes sense. It took forever. This was the other disappointment. I own other vacuum bags and I've never had this problem before. AND, as mentioned before, once vacuumed, they shrunk into this weird wobbly size, which makes storing the cube more of a challenge, but... they will do for now.

Bags were a lot larger than expected. Product was easy to use and understand. The only trouble I had was with closing the bag. The zipper can be finicky if not done right.

They are HUGH you can put a lot of blankets in them. Great storage bags. Heavy duty
