Order is not lost
On my orders it says this order might be lost,well I received it from Royal Mail about 3 days after I ordered it which seems ages ago now. It is just what I wanted for the person it is going to for Christmas.

It is one of the good-looking and spacious mugs in all items for a kid who likes to play video games. I believe it is more for older kids from age 6 to till 11 years. I like the quality of the mug and it is easy to wash by hand. We gave it as a gift. My son loved his birthday present. Grip is smooth.
