Great model
The detail of these models is quite good. They are definitely not for playing with, but the fact that they all appear at the same scale is super useful for knowledge of the airplanes. Set this MiG next to an F-4 and much becomes immediately clear about their historical interaction with one another.

Absolutely great! 1:100 scale for real
This is a hidden gem on amazon. Because it truly is made to a 1:100 scale! As advertised. Unfortunately, there are so many models of MiG-21 here that claim that they are 1:100 but in reality they are 1:72. (I fell for that and bought one.) No offense to 1:72 collectors. But if you are building your 1:100 collection, that’s the only Mig-21 I found on the Internet that indeed was made to the 1:100 scale. (Took me weeks to find it, and this is it, right here.) I attached a picture where you can compare it to my completely separately purchased MiG-29 (1:100, too) so you could also clearly see the real size. Great quality, right size!
