I am in LOVE with this crochet set!! It is perfect for a beginner like me snd comes with everything you might need to try any project that you want. I’m super happy with this crochet set. The hooks glide well through yarn and the sizes are clearly marked. The case keeps everything organized and makes it easy to travel with. The scissors, stitch markers, measuring tape, and needles are actually useful and not cheap throw ins. I’ve used it on a few projects already and everything has held up great

Great set! **If you are buying for a new or seasoned crocheter, THESE are excellent and have a good grab so no finger slippage! Easy to use. Included stitch markers (a necessary tool that we ALWAYS need more of!!) and a kinda meh tape measure. Feels like cheap material, but does that matter as long as it measures? Nah. GREAT PRESENT. We can never have too many good hooks!! The metal is smooth. No snag. Hook sizing is perfect! Light weight. Look plain, but they are better than some bigger kits I've gotten. Arrived fast! Definitely buy!

I LOVE THIS SET! Everything is such good quality!! The bag is so nice, the hooks work so well, there is such a good variety of things and they all fit so well! Such good quality and amount of stuff for the price. I will say, the hooks are a little blunt and do seem to snag the yarn a little bit, but I’m a young crocheter so that could be a mix of skills too!

I think this is a good beginner set. I did have to have a replacement sent to me because the first one had almost half of the hooks damaged and unusable. The metal around the hook was rough and caught on the yarn. The second one they sent me was great. All the hooks were in good shape and everything was as advertised. It was very easy to contact support to get a new set sent my way. I appreciate that about Amazon so much! That definitely took this review from a 1 star to a 4 star. I love these starter kits that have everything you need. It’s an added bonus when they are affordable as well. I’ve used these hooks quite aggressively everyday since I received them. It’s been 6 months and my most used hook is starting to rust from the grips and slid out. That honestly isn’t a big deal to me since I can just slide the hook back in and continue on. Every hook is clearly labeled with the size and color. The scissors worked well for maybe a week then went too dull to cut anything. I like the pouch they come with so I can keep my hooks and supplies together. The needles are great. I love the variety of sizes so you can find one that works for every fiber and project type. Over all, if you are a beginner or a here and there hobby crocheter, this is a great purchase. If you are an avid crocheter, then you may want to spend the extra buck to get hooks that will last year and years. The first set I got must’ve been a dud, but at least Amazon was there to make it right and I was able to enjoy these hooks

I am excited about this hook set. Received as advertised. These are slightly longer than my original set which is something I was looking for. The hook set is of good quality, the hooks themselves and the bag. The measuring tape is of a lesser quality. It’s thinner. The stitch markers work. But they are also of lesser quality. They are thin and not as thick as my other ones. The scissors are of good quality they do not feel flimsy. The size stamp are blurry only on two of my hooks but do not rub off immediately so I am pleased with that and I love the engraved sizes if they rub off. The rubber on the hook is of good quality. I also love the more space in the hook head. The two purple hooks in the pic: the left is my older one the right is the new one. It also arrived in nice separate packaging inside the case. * update, I’ve been using this hook set for the past 3 days since I received it. I am beyond happy with it as the main reason I bought it where the hooks them selves and not the other pieces. The quality of the handle is very comfortable. I am even healing from jammed fingers and I have not needed to put this hook down. I have zero arm or wrist strain. No extra pain in my hand. And I am able to crochet my normal amount of time. I am also very pleased to say that stamp sizes have not rubbed off!! I love this set.

This is great for beginner crocheters the variety of sizes are perfect also with sewing needles is great it’s great for transporting the hooks look and feel pretty high quality with the colors it’s just amazing I’m honestly very impressed especially for the price.
