It was a tight fit, and he couldn't comfortably wear it.I'm disappointed that we have to return it, as we loved the overall look and feel of the coat. It is light weight, single layer which makes some concerns on the durability of this rain coat. Look wise it is good and size wise it is fit. Not sure about its durability but it works fine in light rain. Does not create any itches at all. Not good for the heavy rain, especially the rain in Kerala. The piece i received is defective.
