I was looking for a 4K portable monitor to use with my HP Probook laptop for when I travel. There were several choices on Amazon and the 15.6 UPERFECT 4K monitor appeared to be the best choice for my needs after researching several brands and specs.It arrived quickly with excellent packaging. I set it up and initially was having an issue getting a signal. After reading the Q&A I realized I needed the included power adaptor for the 4K performance. This worked fine and the image was outstanding on the monitor. However, I wanted to reduce the amount of "cords" needed so I contacted customer support for some advice on using just my HP power supply for both the UPERFECT portable monitor and the laptop.Jessey was very helpful, responsive, researched the specs of my power supply and followed up with me a few times to make sure everything was working correctly.I highly recommend this product for its quality and the outstanding customer support.

Received this product via USPS on a Sunday, which is quite rare. Monitor is packaged neatly. There were some color profile calibration needed to match my other monitor. The default color temperature didn't sit well with me. Reduced the red green color slightly to match the low blue light values.The smart cover is very flimsy but practical somewhat. The first time using the cover will need some "breaking in" because it didn't fold over initially. After a few time creasing it, it stayed.As for the scaling, I used 250% to match the 1080p monitor scaling at 125%. Tested a site and they were both the same scale, just double the pixel count and more vibrant and sharp.

This monitor works great with computers and USB-C smartphones/tablets when used indoors. Customer service is exceptional, they responded quickly and timely to all my questions or concerns. I ended up returning it because I wanted to use it in the car and during the daytime it’s very hard to see because the brightness is not high enough.

If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars. The monitor itself is great - input lag seems minimal, no ghosting that I could see, backlight bleed was barely noticable and this form factor is fantastic. It's super light as well.I had to reach out to customer service because one of the side buttons stopped working and that's my only real 'compliant' as those aren't very tactile but they still work. I reached out and they were very kind to offer and send me a replacement after I sent mine back.Very much appreciated!

I got this monitor after ordering the UPerfect Portible Monitor that had a built in battery and touchscreen. The one with the battery was great for dual screen work when you don't have an outlet near you. I needed a second monitor for my home PC and decided to give this a shot since If I ever wanted to take it somewhere it's a lot more Portible than your regular computer monitor.Pros: Reasonable cost compared to other 4k monitors. Screen is about as bright as they come with Portible monitors and the bezels are very thin, especially compared to the battery version I bought. Colors look great to the point where I wish my laptop screen could emulate the color of the monitor. Plenty of cables included to make sure it works with your devices. Using my phone (S23 Ultra) Dex loaded almost immediately. Get a Bluetooth keyboard and mouth and you have a PC using your phone! I will post a video about that as well.Great thing about this is that even if you don't have an accessible outlet you can power it with a powerbank (that's rated to atleast 30w output) and you can work anywhere. That's a huge plus especially if you're traveling.Cons: Not many that I have found. Some people may want a displayport connection, but then bezels wouldn't be as slim. You can always get a docking station if you need this.One weird thing with my Chromebook (Which does not have thunderbolt and technically isn't listed as supported anyway) is that when I flip my galaxy Chromebook 2 into table mode the screen brightness turns to 20 percent unless the monitor is plugged in to its own power source. If I flip back to regular laptop mode this doesn't happen. However this is likely just due to my laptop instead of the monitor.Only other con I can think of is maybe the user manual. It's detailed, however doesn't explain in simpler ways possible why it wouldn't work with your device. Really this would just be due to you using the wrong cable, just use the ones provided and you will be fine. I used my Anker cables (non thunderbolt) and found this out the hard way.Final thoughts: Second UPerfect product I have bought. Anytime I need to contact customer support they answer quickly and fix any issues you have FAST (first monitor I received had a defect and they sent me a replacement before I even returned the old monitor). Would recommend this product to anyone!

I received my portable monitor today, very quickly. I was excited to plug it into my ASUS Duo and Wow, It doesn't work. I look in the box and the only cables included were (3) USB C to USB C cables, no mini HDMI or USB C to HDMI. I've bought cheaper 1080P 15.6 inch portable monitors that worked immediately when I plugged them in. This one is being returned and I will not buy another one from this brand.
